Chase Chrisley arrested after being accused of slapping bar manager in Atlanta
Reality TV star Chase Chrisley is facing legal issues after being accused of slapping a bar manager in Atlanta.

Chrisley, who gained fame from the shows Chrisley Knows Best and Growing Up Chrisley, was arrested on Thursday following an altercation at Twin Peaks Sports Bar, three days after the incident. He was charged with simple battery and released on a $10,000 bond.
Chrisley’s attorneys, Drew Findling, Marissa Goldberg, and Zack Findling, released a statement saying that the situation had been "entirely blown out of proportion." The statement emphasized that Chrisley did the right thing by arranging for a driver to take him home and denied the assault. "Chase was trying to close out his tab and leave," the attorneys stated, adding that they would conduct an independent investigation into the matter.
According to a police incident report, the bar manager claimed that Chrisley became "really drunk" around 7:35 p.m. and started acting disrespectfully and aggressively. The manager asked Chrisley to leave, and it was then that Chrisley allegedly slapped him twice in the face. By the time authorities arrived, Chrisley had already left the scene.
In the 911 call released by the police, the bar manager is heard saying, "Do not touch me," and describing the situation, stating that Chrisley was being "a little aggressive" and had "assaulted" him. The manager mentioned that Chrisley had called a driver to take him home and was attempting to leave the bar. Before the call ended, the manager repeatedly stated, "He just slapped me in the face" and confirmed that Chrisley was leaving the building.
The bar manager also reportedly has video footage of the incident from the bar's security cameras.
Chase Chrisley became well-known alongside his family on the reality series Chrisley Knows Best, which aired on the USA Network from 2014 to 2023. He also starred in the spinoff Growing Up Chrisley with his sister Savannah for four seasons. However, both shows were canceled after his parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, were sentenced to a combined 19 years in prison in November 2022 for bank fraud and tax evasion. The couple had been indicted in 2019.
In 2023, the couple’s sentences were reduced, but Julie Chrisley was resentenced in September to seven years in prison, the same sentence she received in her original trial.
