Lisa stuns at The White Lotus season 3 premiere in Los Angeles
On Monday, BLACKPINK's Lisa made her acting debut at the Los Angeles premiere of The White Lotus Season 3.
She graced the event in a custom Miss Sohee gown, featuring a white corset bodice adorned with pearls, inspired by the white lotus flower, and a flowing canary yellow skirt. Complementing her ensemble, Lisa carried a handcrafted yellow lotus accessory by Thai designer SARRAN, paying homage to her Thai heritage.
In an interview with Variety, Lisa expressed her excitement about her acting debut, stating, "I don't know what to feel right now. I'm just so excited. I can't wait for all of you guys to watch this show." She added, "It is my first acting [experience] so I don't know what to expect on set but everybody just being so supportive, helped me a lot. So thank you, everyone."
In The White Lotus Season 3, set in Thailand, Lisa portrays Mook, a health mentor at the luxury resort. The new season continues the series' tradition of exploring the complex lives of its guests and staff, delving into themes of death and spirituality. The ensemble cast includes Natasha Rothwell, Parker Posey, Jason Isaacs, Michelle Monaghan, Leslie Bibb, Carrie Coon, and Patrick Schwarzenegger.
The White Lotus Season 3 is scheduled to premiere on HBO and Max on February 16, 2025.
