Pamela Anderson handles wardrobe mishap on 'The View' with grace
During a live interview on The View on Friday, Pamela Anderson, star of The Last Showgirl, showed her quick thinking and kindness in an unexpected moment.

As cohost Sunny Hostin asked Anderson about her latest film, she experienced a minor wardrobe malfunction when her shoulder-baring dress slipped, revealing part of her undergarment.
Without missing a beat, Anderson reached over and adjusted Hostin’s dress, covering the exposed area. The audience applauded as Hostin paused, smiled, and thanked Anderson, calling her “a girl’s girl.” Anderson, who often opts for a natural look without makeup on red carpets and TV appearances, graciously responded to Hostin’s compliments. “You look beautiful,” Hostin told her. “I’ll be 57 this year as well, so thank you for doing it so gracefully.”
This thoughtful moment highlighted Anderson’s down-to-earth demeanor and poise, leaving a lasting impression on both the audience and her fellow panelists. Hostin continued to praise Anderson's timeless beauty and elegance, thanking her again for the spontaneous assist.
This wasn’t the first time The View had dealt with a wardrobe mishap on air. In a July 2023 episode, cohost Alyssa Farah Griffin encountered a similar issue when she mistakenly wore her shirt incorrectly. While Anderson wasn’t present then, moderator Whoopi Goldberg humorously offered a quick fix with a pair of scissors. Fortunately, a member of the wardrobe department stepped in to resolve the situation without any drastic measures.
The View airs weekdays at 11 a.m. ET/10 a.m. PT on ABC, offering a mix of current events, entertainment, and candid discussions. Meanwhile, Pamela Anderson’s The Last Showgirl is now playing in theaters, drawing audiences with its captivating story and Anderson’s compelling performance.
